"must knows" in a world of rapid technological change

To be perfectly honest, I do not know what I “must” know to survive in a world of rapid technological change because I am not particularly technologically savvy, however, I assume that what one needs to know differs from person to person and is relative to one’s lifestyle, occupation, and/or hobbies and interests.

If I could improve one thing about my writing:

If I could improve one single thing about my writing it would be to efficiently and effectively convey the meaning of my writing across to my reader in a succinct and sufficient manner- that is, I would like to convey my message in a brief and not wordy method.

What is an author?

An author is a person (of any age) who is publically responsible for creating a completely original piece of work, which is more often than not, in the form of scripture or writing- for example, a person can be the author of a newspaper column or of a children’s book.

How I believe Youtube will effect student culture:

I believe that Youtube will have a profound effect on student culture because it is a great and convenient way for students from all across America and internationally- to connect and discuss popular issues or topics and form communal passionate interests.

How I learned to write

I’ll never forget my desire to learn how to write. Every night before I would fall asleep as a young child, my mother or father would read me a bedtime story. All throughout each story I remember looking at the pictures and feeling envious of the great authors who possessed the talent of writing these ingenious fairytales which match detailed pictures and graphics provided on every page supplementing the text. It was at this very young age of Kindergarten that I decided that I wanted to be a part of this writing community that captivated my thoughts and imagination every night before I went to sleep.
I distinctly remember beginning to tackle this endeavor by re-writing volumes of “BOB” books. I literally would copy the text word for word simply to practice writing. Eventually enough schooling provided me with me ability to write in a more formal context.
